Terms of Use — PepLab

Welcome to PepLab. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PepLab mobile application, operated by YAKOV LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America ("we", "our", or "the Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of Service and Educational Purpose

PepLab is an educational content application about peptides. All content made available — including peptide descriptions, reference dosages, protocols, reconstitution guides, interaction checkers, and supplementation suggestions — is exclusively informational and educational in nature.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: PepLab is not a medical application, does not perform diagnoses, does not prescribe treatments, and does not replace the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional. The information provided is based on published scientific studies and is intended solely for educational purposes. Before starting any protocol involving peptides or related substances, you must consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional.

The use of information contained in the App is entirely at the user's own risk. By using the App, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved and act at your own discretion.

2. Eligibility

To use PepLab, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be prohibited from receiving services from YAKOV LLC under applicable law.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements. YAKOV LLC reserves the right to terminate your account if it discovers that you do not meet these criteria.

3. Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you will need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

YAKOV LLC is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your failure to comply with these obligations.

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

PepLab offers a free plan with limited access to basic features, as described in the App.

4.2 Premium Plan

Full access to the App requires a Premium Plan subscription, available in the following options:

Prices may vary depending on the country of access and the language selected in the App.

4.3 Trial Period

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial period for the Premium Plan. At the end of the trial period, billing will begin automatically unless cancelled beforehand.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings or the app store (Google Play or App Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused periods, except where required by applicable law.

4.5 Price Changes

YAKOV LLC reserves the right to change plan prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the App after new prices take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in PepLab — including, but not limited to, texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, the peptide database, protocols, methodologies referred to as "PepLab® Methods", and source code — is the exclusive property of YAKOV LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are expressly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercializing any content from the App without prior written authorization from YAKOV LLC.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
• Using App content to create competing products or services.
• Removing or altering copyright notices or trademarks.

6. User Conduct

By using PepLab, you agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to YAKOV LLC systems or networks.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App.
• Share login credentials with third parties.
• Use the App in a manner that may harm other users or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YAKOV LLC shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
• Decisions made based on information provided by the App.
• Health damage, bodily injury, or death resulting from the use of peptides or substances mentioned in the App.
• Loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
• Technical failures, service unavailability, or errors in content.

The user expressly acknowledges that they use the App and the information it contains entirely at their own risk, with full awareness that peptides and related substances may have adverse effects and that improper use may cause harm to health.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or freedom from errors.

YAKOV LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.

9. Modifications to the Service

YAKOV LLC reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App.
• Update educational content, including peptide information.
• Change available plans and prices, with prior notice as set forth in Section 4.5.

10. Termination

YAKOV LLC may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time and without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Following termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

12. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YAKOV LLC regarding the use of the App.

Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: YAKOV LLC's failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: you may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of YAKOV LLC.
